The VRQ Honor Wall is a one-of-a-kind American flag created from 5,000 individual dog tags. For a gift of $150 or more, you may honor a veteran with a personalized tag that will become part of this permanent art installation at the Veterans Restoration Quarters.

A second matching tag will be mailed to you as a keepsake, along with a thank-you card identifying the exact location of your veteran's tag on the wall.

You provide the veteran's name, hometown and state, and branch of service. We will create the two matching tags, install one in the Honor Wall, and return the second to you. Together, 5,000 names will form one flag — and one lasting expression of gratitude.
